Testimonials

"In a word, she loves people and believes in them. Even though Angie is strong at building trust and rapport, she does not foster dependency traits in her clients. She empowers her clients, helps them believe in themselves, gives them hope, and gently nudges them towards autonomy and independence."

Geoff Bellman, Organizational Consultant, Bestselling Author of Getting Things Done When You Are Not in Charge, Your Signature Path and The Consultant's Calling: Bringing Who You Are to What You Do
"Angie brings a unique combination of skills to her work: she is deeply insightful and helps me make sense of the jumble of thoughts and emotions I experience; she's also very skillful in helping me articulate, commit to, and achieve professional goals.  In my experience, it's hard to find a "coach" who's as adept at navigating interior processes, or a "therapist" as able to support her client in realizing their ambitions."

Andy Erickson, Lean Manufacturing Team Coach, The Boeing Company
"Thank you, You're an angel whose light shines sweetly"

"Thank you very very much for your seminar. Your work towards helping others gain greater insights into what is meaningful to them and how to gain greater self esteem is really, REALLY great. I feel so much better because your way of seeing it is far less rigid and provides greater opportunity for valuing oneself well."

Reflections : Read Our Blog >

"A few weeks ago I was in a team meeting in which one member got up and abruptly excused himself, returning 15 minutes later. The other members of the team continued their discussion as if nothing had happened.

It used to be that in a situation like this, I would have made have made note of behavior, but otherwise done nothing, ignoring the metaphorical stench of the dead rat lying on the table. But I had learned from Angie the Power of observing non-verbal clues, halting he conversation and dealing with the unspoken issues at hand. This issue was aired, discussed and the tension in the room dissipated. Since, we have gone on to be more productive than ever before. Thank you Angie!
